As the seasons turn and nature begins to let go, we too are invited to reflect, release, and realign with what truly matters. Following the wisdom of the Chinese Five Element calendar, autumn is a time of letting go and harvesting wisdom – and this beautiful retreat is designed to help you move gently with the rhythms of nature.

Led by Jodi Anne Law, Transformational Energy Medicine Practitioner, and Claire Halstead, owner of Didsbury Wholefoods and Sunflower Organic Bakery, this half-day retreat offers a rich blend of practices to nurture your body, mind, and soul.

Seasonal Yoga with Energy Medicine
Gentle, supportive yoga combined with Eden Energy Medicine techniques, focusing on the lung and large intestine meridians — the key organs for the autumn season. -
Mindfulness Practices
Ground yourself in the present moment and cultivate clarity and calm through guided mindfulness exercises. -
Creative Autumn Art Session
Using collage, pens, and creativity, you’ll create a personal autumn art piece (on A3 paper) that reflects your journey of letting go and setting intentions for the season ahead. No art experience needed — just an open heart! -
Organic Nourishment
Enjoy organic snacks, artisan teas, and ceremonial cacao, lovingly prepared to support your energy and wellbeing.

Q – Do I need to have done yoga or energy medicine before?
A – Not at all! The yoga and energy work will be gentle, accessible, and suitable for all experience levels – complete beginners are very welcome.
Q – What if I’m not artistic?
A – There’s no right or wrong in this creative session. It’s about self-expression, reflection, and fun – not making a masterpiece. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
Q – How many places are there for the in person workshops?
A – There will be a maximum of 12 people at the workshop.
Q – What do I need to bring?
A – Yourself, a yoga mat, a sheet or blanket to lay out and create collage or artwork on, a hard board or large piece of cardboard if you have available please (some will be provided), water and an open mind.
Q – What do I need to wear?
A – Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes that you can easily move and relax in. Layers are a good idea, so you can adjust as needed.

A – All collage materials, A3 size paper to create the art work, textas, glue, and afternoon tea to include tea and nurtitious homemade snacks.

A – All snacks are organic and plant-based. If you have specific allergies or needs, please let us know when you book.
